What Is a Certified Translation?

A certified translation is an official translation authenticated by a notary public in compliance with USCIS requirements (8 CFR §103.2(b)(3)). The translator certifies under oath that the translation is accurate and complete. Certified translations are accepted by USCIS, courts, universities, and government agencies. This is mandatory for immigration documents, diplomas, birth/marriage certificates, and government records.

What Documents Do We Translate?

We prepare certified translations of any legal documents: — Birth, marriage, divorce certificates — Passports and visa pages — Diplomas and transcripts — University transcripts — Government and archive records — Medical documents — Court judgments and rulings — Contracts and commercial documents — Receipts and invoices — Government correspondence All translations maintain the original formatting and layout.

Process and Timeline

Standard process: 1. You send documents (photos, scans, or originals). 2. We prepare the translation (usually 1–2 days for 1–3 pages). 3. A notary certifies accuracy (Certificate of Accuracy). 4. We send you the completed translations (mail or pickup). Rush orders (1 day) are negotiated separately. Pricing: $50 per page ($45 translation + $5 notarization). Add $40 for USPS mailing (postage paid separately).
