Professional legal document preparation in the US. Immigration, court, business, family – accurate, fast, and at a fixed price.
I prepare legal documents for clients across all 50 US states. Below are the main practice areas. Initial consultation is free. Paid consultation from $200. If your situation is not listed – contact me and we will find the best and most cost-effective solution for you.
Prices are for document preparation. Government fees (USCIS, court, SoS), postage and courier are separate. Final cost is fixed in a written contract before work begins.
Law Help | US is a registered LDA, Los Angeles County. Not an attorney. Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code §§ 6400–6416.
Documents that attorneys charge $3,000–5,000 for, I prepare for $300–1,500. Price is locked in a contract before work begins. You pay for results, not titles.
USCIS, federal and state courts, NVC, CDI, State Bar – I know each agency's requirements. 97% of my packages accepted on the first submission. The difference between a document that works and one that gets sent back.
Russian, English, Armenian. I explain every step in plain language. You know exactly what you're filing, why, and what outcome to expect.
Every dollar you pay is backed by a $25,000 surety bond. Not marketing – it's the law (Cal. B&P Code §6401). Operating without a bond is illegal. Many 'helpers' do exactly that.
Every package includes exhibit list, numbering, indexing, and shipping tracking. One USCIS error costs 3–6 months. In two years – zero returns due to my mistakes.
Preparation, filing, tracking, agency responses – all included. You're never left alone with the system. I stay in touch until the final outcome.
My name is Sergo Gambarian, and I am the founder of Law Help | US — a legal document preparation practice based in California.
I have over 10 years of experience in the legal field. I hold a law degree from Siberian Federal University, verified by World Education Services (WES) as equivalent to a U.S. Bachelor's and Master's in Law. I have also completed advanced programs at the Higher School of Economics in Moscow and the FIFA/CIES International Programme in Sports Law in Switzerland.
Before moving to the United States, I worked in government legal departments, served as an in-house corporate legal specialist, and managed legal documentation for professional sports organizations. In 2023, I relocated to California and dedicated my practice to legal document preparation — helping individuals and businesses with properly prepared legal documents.
I am a registered Legal Document Assistant in Los Angeles County (Reg. #2025148783) and a member of CALDA — the California Association of Legal Document Assistants. My practice is bonded at $25,000.
My areas of focus include immigration (asylum, EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, family-based petitions, U-visa), traffic violations across multiple states, insurance disputes, business formation, family law, housing matters, intellectual property filings, and certified translations.
To date, I have prepared documents for over 200 client matters across more than 15 states, with a first-submission acceptance rate of 97%.
I provide services in English, Russian, and Armenian.
I am a registered Legal Document Assistant, not an attorney. I provide self-help document preparation services at the client's direction. I do not provide legal advice or court representation. If you need legal advice, please consult a licensed attorney.
