Why Me

Why Clients Choose Me

01
Attorney-Level Results at 3–5× Lower Cost

Documents that attorneys charge $3,000–5,000 for, I prepare for $300–1,500. Price is locked in a contract before work begins. You pay for results, not titles.

02
I Don't Fill Forms – I Build Cases

USCIS, federal and state courts, NVC, CDI, State Bar – I know each agency's requirements. 97% of my packages accepted on the first submission. The difference between a document that works and one that gets sent back.

03
I Speak Your Language – Literally

Russian, English, Հայերেን. I explain every step in plain language. You know exactly what you're filing, why, and what outcome to expect.

04
Your Protection – $25,000 Bond

Every dollar you pay is backed by a $25,000 surety bond. Not marketing – it's the law (Cal. B&P Code §6401). Operating without a bond is illegal. Many 'helpers' do exactly that.

05
2–7 Days. Zero Errors.

Every package includes exhibit list, numbering, indexing, and shipping tracking. One USCIS error costs 3–6 months. In two years – zero returns due to my mistakes.

06
I Handle Your Case From Start to Finish

Preparation, filing, tracking, agency responses – all included. You're never left alone with the system. I stay in touch until the final outcome.

About Me

Sergo Gambarian

Legal Document Assistant · Founder of Law Help | US · CALDA Member

Law degree from Siberian Federal University (2015), verified by WES as equivalent to a U.S. Bachelor's + Master's in Law. Advanced training at HSE Moscow, the Financial University under the Government of Russia, and the FIFA/CIES program in Switzerland. Over 11 years in law: government agencies, corporate counsel, and professional sports. Based in California since 2023.

After relocating to the US, I saw a pattern: Russian-speaking immigrants lose money, rights, insurance payouts, and even their immigration status — not because they lack a legal position, but because of document errors, missed deadlines, and misunderstanding of the system. I know what it feels like to navigate a foreign legal system as an immigrant. That is why I built this practice.

200+ cases. 97% of documents accepted on the first submission.

Immigration, court filings, traffic violations, insurance disputes, business registrations — I prepare documents that work. Fixed price locked in a contract before work begins. No hidden fees. Attorneys charge $3,000–5,000 for what I deliver at $300–1,500 — with the same outcome.

Russian, English, Armenian — I explain every step in your language. Preparing for the California Bar Exam. Registered LDA, Los Angeles County. CALDA member. $25,000 surety bond.

FAQ

Your Questions, Answered

How is an LDA different from an attorney?
A Legal Document Assistant is a registered specialist in legal document preparation (Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code §6400). An LDA does not provide legal advice or represent clients in court. However, service costs are 3–5x lower than an attorney, and documents are prepared in strict compliance with court and agency requirements.
How much do services cost?
Cost depends on case complexity. Estimated prices are listed on the website, but the exact cost is determined after an initial assessment and confirmed in a written contract. Government fees are paid separately.
What payment methods do you accept?
I accept payment by any bank card – remotely via a payment link or in person at the office. Installment plans are available through separate services and discussed individually.
How long does document preparation take?
Most documents are prepared within 2–7 business days. Complex packages (EB-2 NIW, Habeas Corpus) may take 2–4 weeks. Rush requests are discussed individually.
Can I sign documents remotely?
Yes. For remote signing I use electronic signature services such as DocuSign. Electronic signatures have full legal force under the federal ESIGN Act and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA). Documents signed via DocuSign are accepted by courts, USCIS, and other government agencies.
Do you only work in California?
No. As an LDA I am registered in California, but I prepare documents for clients across all 50 US states remotely. Our clients include residents of CA, NJ, MD, MI, PA, IL, HI, NC, FL, NY, AZ, TX, SC, CO, GA and more.
What is a bond and why does it matter?
A bond is a $25,000 surety deposit required by law for every registered LDA (Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code §6401). It protects the client: if a specialist's error causes you harm, you can receive compensation from the bond.
Is my information protected?
Yes. All documents and personal data are stored in a secure system and never shared with third parties. Every client signs a contract with clear confidentiality obligations. I operate under the standards set by Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code §6408.
